Payments are made monthly via PayPal and will take place before the 15th day of the following month so long as your total earnings exceed $15. In other words, should your earnings for the month of July exceed $15, it will be paid out to you no later than August 15th.
If your monthly payment does not exceed $15, it will be rolled over to the next month until the $15 threshold is met with payment being made in the subsequent month.
- For example, if you have made $10 in the month of July, and make another $10 in the month of August, you will be paid a total of $20 no later than September 15th.
- For example, if you have made $5 in the month of July, $5 in the month of August, and another $5 in the month of September, you will then be paid a total of $15 no later than October 15th.
Where do I submit my PayPal and/or payment information?
Once you have made a sale, we will reach out to you by the end of the month to collect further information to process your payments. Until then, no further action is required.
Are there any requirements before payment is issued?
Yes, you must provide accurate tax documents and PayPal account information to HUG before payments are issued. Consult your tax advisor for more information on declaring your earnings.
What if the country I am located in does not have PayPal?
While PayPal is our preferred payment option, we have added a range of available payment options for countries in which PayPal is not available. Some of these options may include additional fees of up to $20 USD which may or may not be applicable to you.
In the meantime, please proceed to set up your Shop as per normal. When you have made a sale, we will reach out to you separately to collect the necessary information in order to process your payments. Until then, no further action is required.
